Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and selling packing supplies. You will perform daily inspections, manage cash deposits, and help customers stay current on payments.

Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties, with bonuses based on performance. Flexible, full-time schedules are available, with hours typically 9:30am–6pm and weekends until 5pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations.
• Mileage reimbursement available when traveling between properties or for work-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability to ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
