Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, assisting customers with storage solutions and upselling packing supplies. You will conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory is ready to rent and manage cash handling tasks, including deposits.

Ideal candidates bring customer-service driven sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel between properties. Flexible full-time schedules and mileage reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, rotating between inside and outside tasks.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder calls when required.
