Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs, upselling packing supplies, and ensuring spaces are ready to rent through daily inspections.

Responsibilities include auditing cash drawers, processing deposits, and helping customers stay current on payments. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or food service.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations (mileage reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
