Job summary

Glacier West Self Storage in Belfair, WA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager with strong technical and people skills to oversee daily facility operations and support customer interactions.

You will handle payments, site inspections, and coordinate with contractors while assisting with marketing, inventory, and maintenance. Equal opportunity employer; background check and clean driving record required; growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Light cleaning and maintenance experience recommended.
• Ability to work independently without onsite supervision.
• Experience in self-storage is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handles day to day operations of the facility
• Answers calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Performs daily site checks
• Collecting and processing payments
• Performing daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance
• Property Inspections
• Primary point of contact for contractor and vendor work on site

QUALIFICATIONS

• Employee must possess a valid DL
• Light cleaning and maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently without onsite supervision
• Self-Storage experience is a significant plus
• Competitive Salary & bonuses.
• Vacation and Sick time after 90 days

Pay rate: $17.00- $19.00 per hour
