Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the United States is seeking a Storage Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and GTM teams. The role is hybrid, requiring an average of 2 days per week in an HPE office.

You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies, drive readiness and releases, and mentor junior staff within the PMO. Applicants should have 4–6 years in program management and a technical background, with strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, CS, IS, Business, PM, or related field
• Typically 4–6 years of experience in Program Management
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Lucid Timeline, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Slack
• Strong written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Report into the HPE Storage PMO within the Hybrid Cloud organization
• Lead Storage programs across cross-functional teams to deliver objectives
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, milestones, budgets and risks
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align plans
• Lead cross-functional program execution across Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Services, Quality, Finance, GTM
• Drive storage product releases, readiness activities, and sustaining initiatives
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation plans
• Communicate status, milestones, risks, and decisions to stakeholders
• Mentor less-experienced team members as needed
