Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Texas is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead storage programs within the Hybrid Cloud PMO. You will create schedules, secure resources, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver product offerings on schedule and within budget.

This onsite role requires excellent communication with stakeholders, strong analytical skills, and the ability to guide larger matrixed groups. Travel to the Houston campus twice weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Information Systems Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• Typically 6-10 years experience as a program manager.

Responsibilities

• Reports into the HPE Storage PMO within the Hybrid Cloud organization.
• Manages and leads one or more programs involving multiple functions and project teams to drive product offering and implementation.
• Creates schedules, ensures alignment, and delivers critical deliverables on time.
• Manages program budget, resource allocation, and other requirements for program objectives.
• Oversees project teams and external partners to ensure progress against plan and adjust schedules/resources as needed.
• Communicates program progress, escalations, and issues to stakeholders; collaborates with management and partners to implement changes to product, processes, or practices.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies within the program and mentoring less-experienced staff.
