Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who works independently across multiple locations. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest supplies, and help spaces stay ready for rent. Daily unit inspections and inventory checks are part of your routine.

You will also handle cash drawers, bank deposits, and keep customers current on payments, with occasional reminders and collections calls. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily unit inspections to ensure inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
