Qualifications

• 2+ years of self-storage experience or related retail/office supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries.
• Proficient administrative and PC skills; able to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for errands and store visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by qualifying storage needs, showing units, and selling packing supplies.
• Guide customers through rental processes and agreements; handle reservations and inquiries.
• Work across multiple stores in the district and coordinate with maintenance crews.
• Process daily payments and contact delinquent accounts for payment or auction prep.
