Storage Asset Management is seeking a Store Manager who will drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in a self-storage environment. You will lead marketing efforts, engage with the local community, and ensure facility upkeep and security to maximize rentals.

The role requires strong communication skills, a track record in sales/marketing, and prior management experience. Weekend availability is expected; a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into immediate storage rentals.
• Elevate the customer experience with facility tours and showroom quality.
• Maintain clean, well-maintained facilities and premium presentation.
• Execute daily facility inspections and proper rent collections.
• Implement marketing plans and engage with local associations and community events.
• Mentor assistant managers and expand leadership within the team.
