Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Track record of success in sales and marketing is a plus
• Proven experience in management, leasing, retail, or operations
• Full availability, including weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into immediate storage rentals
• Elevate the customer experience with facility tours
• Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained
• Perform daily facility inspections for premium presentation
• Implement marketing plans following guidelines
• Mentor assistant managers and participate in community events
• Proactively manage rent collections and fees
• Maintain accurate accounting records
