Job summary

Store Here Self Storage is seeking an outgoing sales and customer service oriented person to participate in the growth of the company. You will assist customers by phone and in-person, helping them understand their storage needs, renting units to new customers, and processing payments from current tenants.

Responsibilities include property upkeep, completing rental documents, collecting rent, maintaining tenant files, notices, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales required.
• Proficient telephone skills are critical.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must have valid Driver License and own reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and in-person, helping them understand storage needs and rent units.
• Process payments from current tenants and answer questions.
• Complete rental agreements, receipts, insurance addendum, and required documents.
• Collect rent and other monies; maintain tenant files in the computer system.
• Send required tenant notices and maintain clean, organized office and storage spaces.
• Travel between properties regularly to support operations.
• Promote and track marketing programs and outside tracking services.
