Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group in McMinnville, OR is hiring a part-time Assistant Property Manager to show units, guide customers through leasing, and uphold our Clean & Operational standards.

Ideal candidates have retail sales and customer service experience and can work Monday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with up to 29 hours per week.

Benefits include $17.50-$18.00 per hour, phone stipend, mileage reimbursement, employee discount, on-the-job training and promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail sales and cash handling experience.
• Ability to self-manage and work independently.
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Show units and guide customers through leasing.
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives.
• Provide customer service via in-person, phone and web inquiries.
• Manage cash drawer and petty cash.
• General office tasks and filing.
• Maintain property to Clean & Operational standards.
