Urban Self Storage, Inc. in Keizer, OR, is seeking a friendly Assistant Manager for a part-time role with a Sunday–Tuesday shift totaling about 27 hours weekly.

You will assist the Store Manager, support operations, handle rentals, deposits, and customer service, while keeping the facility clean and secure. The position requires communication skills, data entry accuracy, and a valid driver's license; compensation is $18.50-$20.00 per hour plus monthly bonuses, with paid sick leave and growth

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations of a self-storage facility.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained premises and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Handle customer accounts, delinquency actions, and rental processes.
• Manage deposits, cash counts, and petty cash; conduct property walks and security checks.
• Deliver professional in-person, phone, and email customer service.
