Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage in Greenfield, CA, is hiring a part-time Assistant Property Manager. The ideal candidate has retail sales and customer service experience and seeks growth within our career path.

Schedule: Saturday to Monday, 9:45am–6:15pm, with responsibilities across leasing, customer service and cash handling. Responsibilities include showroom tours, meeting occupancy targets, cash management, and daily office tasks.

Qualifications

• Retail sales, cash handling and customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently to hit team objectives.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Show available units and guide customers through leasing.
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and online.
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• Perform general office tasks and manage customer accounts.
• Maintain property to Clean & Operational standards, including cleaning vacated units.
