Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a Mid-Level SAN/NAS Storage Administrator to support and optimize enterprise storage infrastructure. The role involves managing SAN/NAS environments, provisioning storage, and ensuring data availability and performance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in storage administration, hands-on experience with Dell EMC/NetApp or similar platforms, VMware, and backup/recovery concepts. Collaboration with infrastructure, server, network, and security teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of storage administration or equivalent
• Hands-on SAN/NAS experience in enterprise environments
• Knowledge of Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, SMB/CIFS, and RAID
• Experience with Dell EMC, NetApp, Pure Storage or HPE platforms
• Storage provisioning, capacity planning, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with VMware virtualization
• Proficiency with Windows Server and/or Linux
• Understanding backup, replication and disaster recovery concepts
• Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior engineers

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor and maintain SAN and NAS storage environments
• Perform storage provisioning, configuration and capacity planning
• Troubleshoot storage hardware, software, connectivity and performance issues
• Support storage arrays and platforms from Dell EMC, NetApp, Pure Storage, HPE or similar
