Job summary

Public Storage is seeking energetic Property Managers who work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, to assess customer storage needs, advise on solutions, and assist customers with packing and moving supplies.

Duties include daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent, cash handling with deposits, reminders and collections when needed, and driving between sites with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business.
• Help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
