Job summary

Public Storage in the United States is seeking a Property Manager who works independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, to assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies.

You will conduct daily unit inspections, manage cash drawers, bank deposits, and payments reminders, and travel between sites using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement available). Retail or service industry experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily work.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminders and collection calls when required.
