Public Storage is hiring Property Managers to work independently across multiple locations, with time spent both indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including selling packing and moving supplies.

Daily duties include inspecting storage units to confirm inventory and readiness, auditing cash drawers and processing deposits, and helping customers stay current with payments through reminders and collections when needed.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current with payments and conduct reminder calls when required.
• Travel between locations using own vehicle (mileage reimbursement available).
