This full-time, hourly role requires weekend availability and a strong front-line background in customer service or retail. Previous storage experience is a plus, and proficiency with Word and Excel helps in budgeting and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in storage or self-storage is a plus.
• Proficient with basic computer software (Word/Excel).
• Customer service orientation with a focus on tenants.
• Resume required with application.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units and parking spaces; upsell store merchandise.
• Convert inquiries to rentals via phone or walk-ins.
• Manage facility budget and lead on-site staff.
• Schedule contractors and approve payments.
• Enforce rental collection per policy; assist with delinquencies/evictions.
• Direct on-site personnel and maintain a positive work environment.
• Post, track, and manage delinquency of rental income.
• Drive renewals to maximize occupancy.
• Develop community relationships and cross-promotions.
• Perform daily property walks and maintain facility cleanliness.
