Responsibilities

• Rent storage units, parking spaces, and sell store merchandise.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Operate the property within budgeted guidelines set by leadership.
• Schedule contractors and inspect work before payment approval.
• Enforce rental collection policies and handle auctions/evictions as needed.
• Direct on-site personnel and maintain a positive work environment.
• Post and track delinquency of rental income and other charges.
• Aim for high renewal rates and build relationships with local businesses.
