You will supervise maintenance tasks, monitor security, handle collections for past-due accounts, and prepare reports. The position requires a teamwork mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Retail experience preferred.
• 2+ years Supervisor or Leadership experience preferred.
• Self motivated with excellent time management and organization.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and in a team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; punctual with good attendance.
• Passion for sales and understanding customer needs to recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Renting self storage and selling related merchandise and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries promptly.
• Accept and process payments; reconcile daily payments and deposits.
• Perform collections for past due accounts with calls and letters.
• Prepare operational, accounting and marketing reports; schedule staff.
• Keep property clean and maintained; supervise repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor security and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Supervise maintenance staff or contractors during repairs.
