Job summary

NSA Storage in California is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to run day-to-day property operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will handle inquiries, assist with storage needs, and process rental agreements, while driving sales through unit rentals and related products.

The role supports a five‑day week (no Sundays) with a 6pm finish, and requires a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced self‑storage

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Ability to multitask.
• Experience in sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to manage daily property operations.
• Provide exceptional service to customers, answer inquiries, assist with storage needs, and process rental agreements.
• Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts including collections.
• Conduct cash drawer audits and perform bank deposits per company policies.
• Enforce company policies to ensure safety and maximize rental units.
