Job summary

PODS is seeking a Storage Center Manager to oversee daily operations, drive performance and maintain compliance in a designated territory. The role includes directing associates, meeting customer expectations, and coordinating routing and driver assignments.

Requirements include OSHA and DOT compliance, plus the ability to lead a team, train staff, and manage performance. Travel within local territory may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred or a minimum of 1 year of prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day storage center operations and staff within territory.
• Meet customers’ expectations and oversee routing and driver assignments.
• Maintain OSHA, DOT and preventative maintenance programs for center and equipment.
• Provide regular communication to team on goals, results and improvements.
• Ensure daily pre-shift meetings and safety checks are conducted.
