Job summary

PODS Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Market Manager I to oversee daily operations of a storage center within a designated territory. This on-site role requires directing staff, managing routing, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and DOT standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, supervising safety programs, and coordinating with leadership to meet performance goals and customer expectations across the territory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred or 1+ years of management experience preferred.
• CDL Class B license or higher preferred.
• Forklift certification required or obtainable; DOT medical card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the storage center and supervise staff.
• Manage daily routing, driver assignments, and ETA/JPH performance.
• Ensure DOT, OSHA compliance and maintenance programs are followed.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop associates; uphold PODS values.
• Coordinate with Territory Manager and HR for issues and reporting.
