Job summary

PODS Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Market Operations Manager I to oversee daily operations of storage centers within a designated territory in the Savannah region. You will direct staff, manage driver routing, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA/DOT programs.

The role emphasizes maintaining equipment, improving efficiency, and delivering excellent customer service while traveling within local territory as needed. A CDL-B and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of prior management experience.
• CDL Class B License or higher preferred.
• Must maintain a current/valid driver license.
• PODS forklift certification preferred.
• DOT medical card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of storage centers and drive assignments; lead associates to meet targets.
• Maintain OSHA, DOT and preventative maintenance programs for the centers and equipment.
• Manage routing, ETA/JPH performance and daily scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Ensure safety, equipment upkeep and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
