Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking teammates to support storage buy operations and customer service. Roles include gathering required customer information, managing buy orders within a 14-day window, and delivering orders through POS systems.

You will work in a fast-paced warehouse setting, upholding company values and safety practices. Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent, strong communication abilities, and solid computer skills to coordinate storage tasks

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with store management and associates.
• Solid computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer information to correctly manage storage buy orders.
• Manage storage buy orders to meet a 14-day delivery window.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS system.
• Align actions with Floor & Decor core values.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting practices.
