Job summary

Floor & Decor in Fredericksburg, VA is hiring for a Storage Buy Clerk to support storage buy orders and audits. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

You will obtain customer information, manage storage buy orders within a 14-day window, conduct audits, and process orders in POS while upholding safety and company values.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of store management
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Obtain the required customer information needed to properly manage all storage buy orders
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure orders are delivered within the 14 day window
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits to ensure order and inventory accuracy
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS
• Act and work in a manner that is consistent with the company’s core values
• Comply with the company’s safety SOP for lifting practices
• Answer the telephone according to established guidelines
• Perform other related duties as directed by management
