Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Storage Buy Auditor to handle storage buy customers and manage the customer storage audit process. The role offers both Full-Time and Part-Time options with a base pay starting at $15 per hour, depending on experience.

Applicants should have 1 year of retail sales experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and solid computer and coordination abilities to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Obtain required customer information to properly manage all storage buy orders
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure delivery within the 14 day window
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits to ensure order and inventory accuracy
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS
• Act in line with the company’s core values
• Comply with safety SOPs for lifting practices
• Answer the telephone according to guidelines
• Perform other duties as directed by management
