Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring for roles supporting storage buy orders and customer interactions in a fast-paced retail environment. Base pay starts at $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay possible based on experience.

Positions available in both full-time and part-time capacities. Responsibilities include gathering customer information, managing storage buy orders, and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with store management and associates.
• Good computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain the required customer information needed to properly manage all storage buy orders.
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure orders are delivered within the 14 day window.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits for accuracy.
• Conduct audits per Storage Buy Audit SOP.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS Act and align with company values.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting practices.
• Answer phone according to guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
