Job summary

Point C Health is seeking a Sr. Manager of Stop-Loss Operations to lead and unify the stop-loss function for our self-funded health plan business.

You will drive policy setup, filings, renewals, and claims reimbursement with a focus on zero-error execution and client experience. You will oversee cross-functional teams, integrate legacy workflows, and implement standardized SOPs, quality audits, and performance management.

• Experience operating in a fast-moving environment with platform migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Stop-Loss Operations function end-to-end including policy setup, filings, renewals, and claims reimbursement.
• Integrate multiple sub-teams across legacy platforms into a single operating model.
• Design controls to drive zero processing errors and full regulatory compliance.
• Develop SOPs, quality audits, and root-cause corrective actions.
• Coach stop-loss team leads and staff, including performance management and career development.
• Partner with Account Management, Sales, and Client Services on stop-loss matters and renewals.
