Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 14 years in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• 5 years of stop loss related experience.
• Strong communication and leadership across senior management across departments.
• Experience translating needs into compelling business cases with ROI focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term stop loss product vision and strategic direction.
• Manage the stop loss product roadmap and prioritization process.
• Implement strategies that significantly increase product revenue.
• Deploy strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Serve as Product Owner for Stop Loss Product.
• Partner with IT and Operations for end-to-end success.
• Leverage data to influence product design decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market plans.
• Assess partnerships and opportunities that drive ROI.
