Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to support the Stop Loss Alternate Distribution Channels. The role focuses on expanding distribution, maintaining broker partnerships, and cross-selling within Voya Health Solutions and other segments.

You will manage proposals, coordinate with executive leaders, and ensure timely responses to market requests involving reference-based pricing and cost containment. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of stop loss insurance and self-funded health plans.
• Experience building professional relationships with brokers, TPAs, carriers, vendors, or employer groups.
• Ability to support business development initiatives and channel growth strategies.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise on product information, local market conditions, and distribution channels.
• Create marketing and training materials for stop loss channels.
• Identify offerings and partners aligning with stop loss channels.
• Coordinate broker and client opportunities with ERMs and Senior Sales Representatives.
• Review RFP data to improve quoting efficiency and support broker responses while reps travel.
• Develop renewal processes with underwriting and distribution teams to boost persistency and profitability.
• Identify and vet cross-sell opportunities using internal tools.
• Maintain communications on product enhancements and present in team huddles.
• Prepare sold case handoff information to expedite new case implementation.
• Provide market intelligence to Sales Support during peak season.
