You will work with Directors, ERMs and the Distribution Team to expand alternate distribution channels, manage broker and client opportunities, and facilitate market requests such as reference-based pricing and cost containment initiatives. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Employee Benefits, Stop Loss, Self-Funded Healthcare, TPA, Broker/Consultant, Carrier, or related.
• Experience building relationships with brokers, TPAs, carriers, vendors, or employer groups.
• Strong MS Office skills; ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide internal/external product and market expertise for stop loss and alternate distribution channels.
• Contribute to marketing/training materials for stop loss distribution channels.
• Identify processes, products and distribution partners aligning with stop loss channels.
• Coordinate broker/client opportunities with ERMs and Senior Sales Reps.
• Review RFP data to improve IGO percentages and expedite quotes.
