Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in the financial services industry or 2 years in defined contribution marketplace.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, and state insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners and TPAs.
• Develop business plans that identify key clients and action steps.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment issues including performance, diversification, style and suitability.
• Work with plan sponsor to design participant education campaigns to increase participation and contributions.
• Assist sales reps with presentations and serve as subject matter expert on Voya processes.
