CLT Recruiters is seeking a Project Manager for a Long Island architectural stone company. You will manage three to four concurrent projects from award through closeout, bringing real technical command in shop drawings, field verification, and means/methods.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying multiple projects concurrently in the $500k–$4M range.
• Background in fabrication/installation trades such as stone, millwork, metal, glazing.
• Experience with retail/rollout programs and mall coordination.
• Willingness to travel nationwide 1–2 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Own three to four concurrent projects end to end from award to closeout.
• Drive shop drawing process with drafting teams, ensure constructability and manage submittals with architects/GCs.
• Own field verification: measure and verify dimensions to match shop cuts.
• Coordinate fabrication and installation schedules with the GC program, including off-hours work.
• Manage brand standards, mall requirements, and approvals.
• Handle procurement, change orders, RFIs, budget tracking and billing.
• Travel to project sites nationwide about 1–2 times per month.
