Role Description The Project Manager role at Countrywide Stone is a full-time, on-site position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for overseeing stone-related projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with expeditors, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams; managing schedules and logistics; monitoring project progress; and resolving issues to keep projects on track. The Project Manager will conduct site inspections, verify material specifications, and maintain clear documentation and communication with stakeholders. This position also involves optimizing workflows, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination and Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to ensure timely approvals, permits, and material deliveries.
• Proficiency in Inspection and quality control processes to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
• Knowledge of Logistics Management to oversee material handling, transportation, and on-site delivery.
• Proficient with reading of construction drawings.
• Prior experience in construction, stone, or building materials industries is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail.
