Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and maintain fabrication shop machinery and support continuous production.

You will inspect slabs for defects, polish and cut stone to specs, mentor other operators, and help meet production schedules with accuracy and efficiency. Prior machine operation experience in manufacturing and basic mechanical skills are required.

Strong communication and attention to detail are essential to ensure quality output and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience running machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic to advanced mechanical skills related to equipment maintenance.
• Ability to drive production according to a set schedule.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Cross-functional expertise on multiple pieces of equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to identify stone characteristics and material defects with accuracy.
• Exhibits leadership and mentoring skills as experience increases.
