Job summary

Dimensional Stoneworks is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our stone fabrication team in a hands-on, production-focused role. The candidate will set up and operate CNC equipment to cut and finish stone materials, ensuring high precision and quality.

The ideal candidate has experience with stone materials and the ability to read shop drawings, follow project specifications, and maintain safety and efficiency on a fast-paced production line.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating CNC machinery, preferably in stone fabrication.
• Experience with marble, quartz, quartzite, porcelain, or similar stone materials is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and production specs.
• Strong understanding of CNC setup, tooling, and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery to cut, shape, drill, profile, polish, and finish stone materials per project specs.
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust CNC equipment for accuracy and consistency.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, CAD drawings, work orders, and production specs.
• Verify dimensions, tooling, machine settings, and materials prior to machining.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
