Job summary

Stone Brewing is hiring a Dishwasher at Liberty Station in San Diego, CA. The role involves washing glassware, dishes and silverware, and supporting the Events team with dishwashing tasks.

This is a tip-eligible position with a friendly, fast-paced kitchen setting. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2+ years in a high-volume kitchen, a San Diego County Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain one), the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• San Diego County Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain one).
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine and/or hand washing stations as required.
• Remove garbage and recycling at the end of shifts.
• Report equipment issues and assist with opening/closing checklists.
• Maintain safety and sanitization standards consistently.
• Contribute as a team member and communicate openly.
