Job summary

DÔEN in Santa Monica, CA is hiring a Stock Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role. You will own all back-of-house inventory execution, drive accuracy, and partner with store leadership to deliver seamless product flow from receiving through the sales floor.

You will manage cycle counts, inventory integrity, and system accuracy, ensuring availability supports strong sales. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of stock experience.
• Strong ownership and accountability in operations.
• Ability to lead and communicate across teams.
• Autonomous with initiative and deadline focus.

Responsibilities

• Own stockroom operations with high accountability and accuracy.
• Lead weekly cycle counts and accuracy ownership.
• Maintain inventory integrity across physical stock and NetSuite.
• Manage weekly/monthly returns-to-warehouse processes.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Operations to resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee inbound receiving and system reconciliation in NetSuite.
• Ensure stockroom is organized, clean, and efficient.
