Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of stock/logistics experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team, and supervisor.
• Retail/specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a strong customer focus on the sales floor.
• Adheres to safety regulations and policies.
• Keeps the store neat, clean, and organized.
• Supports replenishment and stockroom organization for efficient merchandise flow.
• Ensures accurate pricing through markdown audits and inventory checks.
• Assists with loss prevention and safety awareness in-store and stockroom.
• Coaches teammates on shipment, replenishment, and presentation best practices.
