Job summary

Carters is seeking a stock associate to support shipping/receiving, stockroom organization, and inventory control. You will partner with the store team to ensure merchandise flows smoothly to the sales floor and delivers a strong customer experience.

Responsibilities include pricing accuracy, in-stock audits, and adherence to safety and house rules. This role requires lifting up to 40 pounds and working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of stock/logistics experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team and supervisor.
• Retail or specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support shipping and receiving and stockroom organization.
• Assist with replenishment to ensure product placement on the sales floor.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and conduct in-stock audits.
• Contribute to loss prevention, safety, and housekeeping in store and stockroom.
• Coach teammates on shipment, replenishment, and presentation best practices.
