Job summary

Carter's Inc. is seeking a stock associate to support shipping/receiving, stockroom organization, and inventory control on the sales floor. The role partners with the store team to ensure smooth replenishment, accurate pricing, and a neat, inviting store presentation.

The position requires ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work a schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Prior stock/logistics experience and strong customer focus are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years stock/logistics experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team, and supervisor.
• Retail/specialty apparel knowledge preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with replenishment to sales floor for proper product placement.
• Ensure pricing accuracy through markdown audits and proper labeling.
• Support loss prevention and safety initiatives within store and stockroom.
• Provide courteous customer service and collaborate with store team.
