Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of stock/logistics experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team, and supervisor.
• Retail/specialty apparel knowledge preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Customer Focus: Maintains customer focus on the sales floor and supports a neat, organized store.
• Brand Execution: Organizes stock room and merchandise flow to the sales floor; maintains merchandising standards.
• Drive Growth: Ensures timely flow of merchandise to the sales floor and supports loss prevention and safety awareness.
• Team Development: Coaches team on shipment, replenishment, presentation standards, and markdown strategy.
