Ipsen USA is seeking a Stockroom Clerk to accurately pick and relieve parts from inventory and stage materials for jobs. The role supports cycle counting, maintains stock locations, and communicates shortages to Purchasing.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience, with familiarity in MRP systems (Syteline preferred) and basic software tools. Day-to-day tasks involve teamwork across shipping and receiving functions.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• At least 1 year related experience or education mix.
• Working knowledge of MRP systems; Syteline preferred.
• Forklift and overhead crane certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret written or verbal instructions including blueprints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily stockroom tasks as directed by supervision.
• Pull, label, stage, and issue materials from stock per pick lists.
• Document and communicate material shortages to Purchasing.
• Reconcile materials back into inventory when needed.
• Stock incoming materials in correct locations.
• Assist with daily cycle counts and report inventory needs.
• Support shipping, receiving and other tasks as directed.
• Maintain clean, organized stockroom workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.
