Job summary

Ipsen USA is seeking a Stockroom Clerk to accurately pick and relieve parts from inventory and stage materials for jobs, while assisting with cycle counting and storage. Daily tasks include pulling, labeling, staging, and issuing materials per pick lists, reconciling shortages, and supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, and competence with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; Forklift and crane certification

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year minimum related experience or combination of experience and education.
• Working knowledge of MRP systems; Syteline preferred.
• Forklift and overhead crane certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret blueprints and instructions.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication with managers and coworkers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Pull, label, stage, and issue materials from stock per pick lists.
• Document and communicate material shortages.
• Reconcile materials back into inventory as needed.
• Stock incoming materials in proper locations.
• Assist with daily cycle counts and report inventory needs to Purchasing.
• Assist shipping, receiving, and other tasks as directed.
• Maintain organization and housekeeping in the stockroom.
• Other duties as assigned.
