Job summary

Vantage Elevation, LLC is hiring a Stockroom/Inventory Clerk for its Elevator Controls team in Sacramento, CA. This full-time, on-site position supports order processing, material labeling, and inventory movements, with forklift operation as a standard part of daily duties.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, 1+ year shipping/receiving experience in manufacturing, and good attention to detail. The role offers solid benefits and a typical daytime schedule in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
• Forklift certification is desired.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Read and process customer orders, work orders, shipping requests, and requisitions.
• Inspect received materials for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Process and document Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Label and organize materials with proper identification.
• Record inventory movements in the company software.
• Move materials from storage to designated locations.
• Verify and process POs and RMAs.
• Assemble kits and deliver materials to departments as needed.
• Operate a forklift to transport materials and elevator controllers.
• Report defective conditions to supervisor or lead.
• Assist with physical inventory counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
