Job summary

Vantage Elevation, LLC seeks a Stockroom/Inventory Clerk to join our Sacramento, CA team. This on-site role supports shipping, receiving, and inventory control in a manufacturing environment.

You will process orders, inspect materials, document NCRs, and move materials with a forklift. The position runs 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday, offering competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Forklift certification is desired.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Read and process customer orders, work orders, shipping requests, and requisitions.
• Inspect received materials for accuracy and discrepancies (e.g., damaged or unmarked parts).
• Process and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Record inventory movements using company software.
• Transfer materials from storage areas to designated locations.
• Verify and process Purchase Orders (POs) and RMAs.
• Assemble kits and deliver materials to requesting departments as needed.
• Operate a forklift to transport materials and elevator controllers.
• Report defective or questionable product conditions to the Production Supervisor or Team Lead.
• Assist with physical inventory counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
