Vantage Elevation, LLC is seeking a Stockroom/Inventory Clerk in Sacramento to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will process orders, inspect materials, and manage NCRs while coordinating with production teams to ensure accurate material flow.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 1 year in a manufacturing shipping role, with forklift certification preferred and a focus on safety and accuracy.

• 1+ year of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Forklift certification (desired).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
• Professional communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Read and process customer orders, work orders, shipping requests, and requisitions.
• Inspect received materials for accuracy and potential discrepancies.
• Process and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Label and organize materials using appropriate identification methods.
• Record inventory movements using company software.
• Transfer materials from storage areas to designated locations.
• Verify and process Purchase Orders (POs) and RMAs.
• Assemble kits and deliver materials to requesting departments.
• Operate a forklift to transport materials and elevator controllers.
• Report defective conditions to Production Supervisor or Team Lead.
• Assist with physical inventory counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
