Job summary

Kirkland's Home Values is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. The role requires a high level of organization and a sense of urgency to keep merchandise moving efficiently.

No experience is required, though stock experience is a plus. You will lift merchandise, work varied shifts including weekends, and help uphold our brand standards while supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Able to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Able to follow company directives, handbook and manuals.
• Able to work varied schedules, early mornings and off hours.
• Able to lift 45 pounds or more regularly.
• Able to climb ladders.
• Able to move bulky merchandise regularly.
• Able to stock and retrieve merchandise from stockroom and sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Keep stockroom organized and efficient.
• Assist in product assembly, markdowns and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Support profitable sales and protect company assets during shifts.
• Be accountable for personal performance.
• Treat customers with respect and follow dress code to support branding.
• Show commitment to company initiatives.
• Take initiative to process shipments promptly.
• Report to shift with a positive, can-do attitude.
